Contact a Venue

Do you have a disruptive nightclub, pub, tavern, casino, sports arena or some other entertainment venue in your neighborhood? This service can help you and the venue and your community by enabling you to communicate your concerns directly to the venue’s management about issues associated to noise, violence, vandalism, criminal activity and any other concerns you may have. Use the box below to find the venue in your community that you want to contact. Learn more about the dangers of nightclub crime and violence in your community and how the Community Connection will make your community safer, prevent your tax dollars from being unnecessarily wasted, and encourage entertainment businesses to be more responsive to the needs of your community.

(Note: You must use a real email address if you want your submission to be taken seriously by the venue. Learn why below.)

Club Watch Community Connection Benefits

You must use a real email address. Providing a real email address will ensure that your concerns will be resolved much faster and you will gain much more respect from the venues and the police for trying to save taxpayer dollars by resolving the issue without police intervention. If you do not use a real email address, the venue may choose to ignore any messages you send them; or they may configure their system to reject fake email addresses.

More importantly, if your messages are ignored and then you call the police to step in to resolve your concerns, the police may ask you if you first attempted to contact the venue through this service. If you say "yes," but then they find out that you didn’t provide the venue with a real email address to respond to your concerns, your complaint may be given much less credibility, and as a result, much lower priority.

Providing a real email address also ensures that you get a time-stamped confirmation receipt indicating that the venue has received your message. Without this confirmation receipt, you cannot be sure that the venue actually received your message. Additionally, this confirmation receipt provides proof to the police that you did in fact attempt to resolve the issue with the venue directly. This will give you a much stronger case later if you do need to contact the police because you will have physical proof that you made repeated attempts to contact the venue through this service.

Note: Venues in the Club Watch Community may choose not to make their venue profiles available to the public. If you can't find the venue you're looking for, it's easy to invite the venue to join the Club Watch Community. Alternatively, you can contact the venue directly yourself and request that they make their venue available through the Community Connection so you can communicate with them more easily in the future.

By using this system, you are agreeing to these terms of use.
